On the third floor one of two apartments is apartment Rozmarinus. Apartment is orientated to the garden side. It has two rooms, one is living room approximate 18m² and the other one is a bedroom approximate 10m². The living room has an exit to the balcony 3 m². Apartment has also a bathroom 3.6 m². and it is suitable for two-three persons or a couple with two children.

Living room has a sofa which can be used as one additional bed, SAT TV, little kitchen with full equipment, sitting area, air conditioner with cooling and heating system and a safe. Balcony has a view to the roofs of town Komiza and the hills of island Vis. There is an iron table and four iron chairs on the balcony.

Sleeping room has a double bed, two closets and air conditioner (cooling/heating system).
Bathroom has a modern sanitary equipment (shower/toilet, hair dryer, rotational mirror, heating, etc.)
