One of the apartments on the first floor is apartment Mentha, which has a view to the main Komiza street, Ribarska St. It has one room 23m2 and a bathroom 3.4 m2. This apartment is suitable for two persons or a couple with a child.
It is visually divided in to the two parts; sleeping part with a double bed (additional bed can be placed if needed), SAT/TV, loset which is build in to the wall, a safe and living-room part with a small kitchen which has 3 sitting places and air conditioner (cooling /heating).
Bathroom has old stone walls and modern equipment (shower/toilet, hair dryer, rotation mirror, heating, etc.).
